Insperity and UnitedHealthcare Extend Relationship Through 2022

HOUSTON HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 7, 2018-- Insperity, Inc. (NYSE:NSP), a leading provider of human resources and business performance solutions for America’s best businesses, today announced an extension of its relationship for medical and dental coverage with UnitedHealthcare, a UnitedHealth Group company (NYSE: UNH). The contract was extended through 2022 in recognition of Insperity’s sustained growth exceeding previous plan participation targets sooner than expected, utilizing UnitedHealthcare’s industry leading provider networks and clinical care programs. The extension also includes administrative cost savings beginning in 2019, with additional savings as future growth objectives are achieved.
